Project Scope: Provide full electrical engineering for upgraded power service entrances, including single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and load calculations for the 200A main breaker panels serving 1108 and 1108C Abbot Kinney Blvd, ensuring a safe, code-compliant, and scalable electrical infrastructure for current and future commercial tenants.
Project Description
This project provides a complete electrical panel upgrade and load distribution design for the commercial units located at 1108 and 1108C Abbot Kinney Blvd. The single-line diagram, shown on the left side of the plan sheet 1108 & 1108C Abbot Kinney Blvd …, illustrates the upgraded power service entrances supplying two 200A main breaker panels—identified as Panel PP-1108 and Panel PP-1108C. Each panel is configured with isolated ground bus bars, two-pole and single-pole circuit breakers, and dedicated load circuits designed to meet modern commercial electrical requirements. The upgraded system enhances safety, reliability, and power distribution efficiency for multiple tenant spaces.
The load schedule displayed on the right side of the sheet 1108 & 1108C Abbot Kinney Blvd … provides a detailed summary of connected loads per phase, including receptacle circuits, lighting circuits, and continuous loads. Each panel features a 225A bussing system and has been analyzed to ensure load balance and adequate capacity. The calculations confirm compliance with relevant electrical codes, supporting present and future commercial operational demands. This upgrade ensures that the commercial units on Abbot Kinney Blvd are equipped with a safe, compliant, and scalable electrical infrastructure.
