Project Manager
Bernie Romero is a Philippine-licensed Civil Engineer, Registered Master Plumber, and DPWH-accredited Project and Materials Engineer with over four years of experience in engineering design, project management, construction, surveying, and quality control.
His experience spans residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and subdivision projects in California and the Philippines, with expertise in civil and structural design, permitting, grading, cost estimating, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Daniel Cacanando, REE, RME
Lead Electrical Engineer
Daniel Cacanando is a Philippine-licensed Electrical Engineer and Registered Master Electrician with over four years of experience in electrical system design, lighting analysis, short-circuit analysis, and voltage-drop analysis.
He has over three years of experience supporting California residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects, with expertise in Title 24, Energy Pro, Dialux, permitting, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Mariella Zulueta, RME, RMP
Lead Mechanical Engineer
Mariella Zulueta is a Philippine-licensed Mechanical Engineer and Master Plumber with over five years of experience in mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing system design.
Her expertise includes HVAC and plumbing design, fire protection coordination, Title 24, engineering studies, inspections, value engineering, cost estimating, and multidisciplinary coordination for residential, multifamily, and commercial projects.
