Project Description
The 250 N Burbank Skechers Tenant Improvement Project involved the complete electrical engineering design for the renovation of an existing commercial retail space in Burbank, California. The scope included developing comprehensive power distribution, lighting, and electrical systems plans tailored to support the retail functions of the Skechers store.
The plans incorporated a full electrical layout including new receptacle distribution, lighting fixture layout, panel schedules, circuiting, and a detailed one-line diagram to ensure efficient and code-compliant electrical operation. All work was designed in accordance with the California Electrical Code, California Energy Code (Title 24), and local jurisdictional requirements.
This project showcases our team’s expertise in delivering precise engineering solutions for commercial tenant improvements, ensuring seamless integration of new electrical systems within an existing retail environment while maintaining safety, functionality, and energy efficiency.
