The Plumbing present complete layouts for both the ground floor and 2nd floor, showing gas line sizing, appliance BTU demand, and routing from the gas meter with seismic shutoff valve details. Domestic water line diagrams include fixture unit calculations, water pressure loss analysis, branch piping charts, insulation requirements, and code-compliant installation notes. Sewer layout sheets display drainage fixture unit totals, venting design, slope requirements, and an isometric diagram to clarify vertical and horizontal sewer routing for both levels of the duplex.

The Title 24 Energy Compliance further supports the project by documenting all energy-related features required under the 2022 California Residential Energy Code. The compliance forms include verified efficiency values for windows, insulation, HVAC performance, water heating efficiency, ductwork requirements, lighting power allowances, and mandatory measures for envelope sealing and mechanical ventilation. Multiple sections of the form certify that the building meets or exceeds required energy performance thresholds, with registered CF1R documentation and HERS verification fields included.
