The pool design incorporates advanced structural engineering to account for expansive soil conditions, including the use of a hydrostatic valve and specific rebar reinforcement schedules to ensure long-term stability. The surrounding site was further enhanced with permeable pavers and a comprehensive drainage system to manage runoff effectively.<\/p><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">The project required a multi-disciplinary engineering approach to meet the 2022 California Building Standards.
